Correct, Coenosia, not atra. It is C. agromyzina, female Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

Thank you Nikita, that's two identified Coenosias from the same day, and I had tigrina too, so that's three! Perhaps I should try my luck with another |
