Moscow region, 14 july, 8-10mm.
It has to be Tachinidae, who else. Almost no strong bristles, too old fly? Wonderful bean-like very large eyes, very short arista.

Looks like Hemyda vittata to me - I caught one yesterday and it is nearly always found in old forested habitats. Closely related to Cylindromyia. Grin

Are the vibrissae missing or just very very small?

Hi Chris.
In my key it is ideal for Phania vittata which I guess became now Hemyda vittata.
The only problem was absence of long vibrissae. I've just found that it is not problem too, vibrissae was broken (not for me).
So IDed!
Thank you Chris.

Work better to serve the wild nature and you will have more flies availableGrin
