Tipulid with beautiful wings

I caught this unusual tipulid 2009-09-04 in Moscow province (Russia). I understand that species identification of this group is complicated, but I hope that his wings are reliable systematic sign.
Other signs are:
- serrate antennae
- long palpi (if I correct understand this word)

Not Tipulidae but Pediciidae. Pedicia cf. rivosa

females have a pointed end of abdomen; males wider, nice one Smile
