Hi Walter I just sent photo's of these to Peter Shaw, (Recorder for Collembola in the UK) today. He thought mine were S.trinotatus which are found in greenhouses. If he is correct it would make it only the 7th. sighting for the UK., I thought they were S.bimaculatus which I think this might be....but only a guess. Mine were very tiny things...< 0.3mm. Just a speck, barely visible to the naked eye. Regards Roger Edit..P.Shaw want's me to send specimens to check abdomen 5/6 and furca to determine species.
