Is this Trogus maculator, Ctenochares bicolorus, or another?

 I do not know Trogus maculator in Taxapad, data World Ichneumonidae, nearest to this name being Holcojoppa (Trogus) mactator but not present at Portugal!
It seems to to me that it is Ctenochares instructor

Can I put it in my gallery?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
