 Moscow region, 12 july, 6-7mm.
My key badny needs revision in Psilidae part.
I didn't find neither npl, nor dc.
So, two possibility Oxypsila abdominalis or Psilosoma.
Could you help?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
