Female Cistogaster globosa They seem to love low-growing, white flowers like Yarrow and Wild Carrot. Males have a black & orange abdomen and look a bit like Gymnosoma but with shorter antennae.

Thanks a lot Chris! Yes, these Yarrows were the lowest in the area, and they attracted a lot different flies. And they attracted me |
