This is a muscid (large lower calypter, no dorsal on t3). My guess is Helina impuncta/depuncta. It seems very dark but probably due to the back lighting.

Nonetheless, thanks for having a look Andrzej. I tend to have real problems with Anthomyids and Muscids, Its my achilles heel! lol
