Rare neuropter - Berothidae - worth to see!

This fantastic neuropter was found at 2 am on 22nd August 2009 in Viseu.

It belongs to the Berothidae family and it is an Isoscelipteron glaserellum

No way, this is photoshopped Grin Never heard of this family, not found in Hungary. Hopefully in this year at the university I'll be able to spend some time in Portugal - hopefully I'll find some of the creatures You showed us Smile

I only used the photoshop just to little a crop and no more! Usually I must change the levels but this was not the case! : ) The original photo is like we see here! Wink



When will you come to Portugal?
