 Found this little pair trying a bit of the ol' copula on French Marigolds...didn't seem to be making a lot of progress in the 10 minutes I sat and photographed them.
Pteromalidae? Female 1mm maximum.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
