Is this fly an Elachiptera sp. It seems to have shorter antennae than E. cornuta.

Looks like an ephydrid, but I am not sure about the genus. Perhaps Coenia?

The hairy face, shining frons, dark dorsum with pale sides, and pale bases to the tibiae all suggest Ephydra, perhaps riparia.
