I came across this big (15-20mm body) fly(?) on the west coast of Norway (Hordaland) in mid August. I think its a fly, although it might be a wasp..? Anyone recognize it?

Actually, the hairs on anterior part of thorax are black, so it should be Laphria ephippium.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
