I'd say it is Coenosia of tigrina species-group.
What about 10mm?

This is a male Coenosia intermedia, 2 close dorsal on hind tibia, legs mostly yellow with fore tarsus as long as fore tibia.

I measured, it's between 6 and 7 mm long. from nose to end of abdomen.
