Hi! Normally I would say, this 4 mm fly at the light three nights ago in our garden (northwest Germany) is Palloptera ustulata. But I have never seen one with such a darker brown abdomen ending. Yes a female of Palloptera ustulata (or P. anderssoni). No idea what this strange dark brown tip of the abdomen is caused by.
