Hi, this small one was found near river Tisia, NE Hungary.

Looks more like Ephydridae maybe Hydrellia sp.. Just a Wild Guess . |

it is a natural guess It is right, at least the family is surely ephydrid! |

I suppose even wild guesses are right sometimes! Good one, Roger - it is Hydrellia, but I'm not inclined to say which species.
