pretty and small fly

This fly seems to prefer walking around, but i's still quite shy. It gives the impression of being front half black and back half orange divided by a straight line when seen from above. maybe 5 mm long. July, Norway

Lauxaniidae. I should even be able to give you at least the genus name, but I just don't know it by heartFrown. I can tell you later, or maybe one of the others does know it by heart.

Let's just try anyway: Minettia longipennis ??
