I think we saw such one before and we did not reach a final conclusion either. It has the curve in the wing like Stagena (Drosophilidae) but other charchters do not really fit. Another group that has a weakish zone in that area of the wing are the Psilidae. Maybe you can try to collect one if the opportunity presents itself.
