Tachinidae with a spot on the thorax

hello,
I found this Tachinidae with a funny spot on the thorax
in my garden the 02 july 2009.
I don't know what are the spot and the Tachinidae : Macquartia ???

The spot is accidental.
Otherwise, the specimen looks interesting.
