Small psychodid in small waterfall

Hi This psychodid was spotted near a small waterfall. It was possible to testify that this fly was literally near the water so the droplets could "beat" the fly. It was near Limnophora riparia with the same behaviour. And there were some Athyroglossa sp. around.
