I saw this nice fly June 15 in South-West Turkey (near Gombe) at ca 2000 alt. Limestone mountains. I saw several at big boulders on moderately steep slopes with herbaceous vegetation. Size about as Calliphora. I thouhgt about Calliphoridae/Aarcophagidae - needless to say, I hope for species ID! I'm fond of this beautiful fly. This is a Wohlfahrtia, Sarcophagidae. The smaller fly seems to be an Ulidiidae.
