Rhaphium male. These can be truly realiably identified only by male genitalia, which are fortunately easy to see from the side and species are usually easy to tell apart.

Thank you Kahis. I regarded this possibility and even red Rhaphium key in hope to find somewhere " antennae 3-d is unrealy long". But I found only "antennae 3-d 5 times longer than wide" and I decided that it isn't enought for this fly. Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
