Rhaphium male. These can be truly realiably identified only by male genitalia, which are fortunately easy to see from the side and species are usually easy to tell apart.

I regarded this possibility and even red Rhaphium key in hope to find somewhere " antennae 3-d is unrealy long". But I found only "antennae 3-d 5 times longer than wide" and I decided that it isn't enought for this fly.
