I expect this is one I've already posted but I can't find a match - unless Phryxe? Once again, I'd appreciate your expert help. This was rather a small one - about 5mm.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
