Looks like it might be Sepsidae...very small fly...windy day, so not as sharp as I'd have liked.
Is it possible to get an ID????

A new species (or at least an unrecorded one) for Shetland. The only Sepsidae recorded up here is Sepsis flavimana according to my Checklist...
Anyone take it to species level???
