Small dark green fly. Piophilidae Stearibia nigriceps ID'd by Stephane Lebrun

Thought this was Microchrysa polita when I was photographing it yesterday, but too dark and hairy plus orange above antennae...doesn't look like Lejogaster metallina either...anyone enlighten me on what it might be? Size was about 3-4mm.
