This is Clusiodes apicalis

2 dc and dark fore legs (geomyzinus group)
lack of dark anterior margin of wing (compare geomyzinus)
Dark scutum with white lateral stripes
very long surstyli (longer than epandrium above, subequal in pictipes and freyi) with an anterior "hook" pointing in the same direction as the rest of surstyli (decisive feature of C.apicalis).
