Dear Jean, This is a male specimen of Dolichopus ungulatus, together with D. plumipes the most common species of this genus in Western Europe. By the way, I have been studying Belgian Dolichopodidae for the past 25 years, so I am always interested in new records (at this moment, the DOLIBEL database holds records from over 1 million Belgian specimens.
