The Netherlands, Fochteloerveen.
20 september 2008.

A dozen or so on horizontal stem of solitairy Betula in moor.
Is it a female?

Looks very similar to all the photos I have seen of that species Smile

Also supposed to be rare, though recently more by your contributions.
We should look more on trees.
Sexes are very similar, need to see the abdominal tip to say more.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
