Interesting nematoceran pupa with a scavanger larva?

Hi, this ~4 mm long pupa was found under bark of decaying pine, NE Hungary, May. What could that small larva be near tip of abdomen?

The small larva looks like Coleoptera to me, but I cannot be sure.
