This looks more like Chloropidae to me.

No, Jan Willem is right, this is Agromyzidae. The ocellar triangle is not enlarged and the larger setae on the head are quite uncharacteistic for Chloropidae, too.

I thought that it looked like these 2 other flies ID's by Paul Beuk, and another by Kondratieff and Thompson.

I was able to find that this is Liriomyza.
