The attached was photographed on 22/06/06 in the south east of England. All I had with me was my camera so I am afraid no specimen.

I thought it may be a Thelaira Sp.

Looks like Thelaira nigripes - very long, thin legs; large eyes and a plumose arista Smile (not that I can see the arista in the photos Wink)
