The pic is from 04.v.2009, but is the fly as well from this date ? Or from autumn ?

Well, that bothers me a little.
It is clearly in the maculata - confusa complex. It is not maculata, there are lateromarginals on tergite 2 and the rostrum is too long.
So....
I need to see it to say more.

Sorry, forgot to mention here.

It turned out to be S. pauciseta.
I could have guessed, if I had seen the darkened hind knees.
