I think this is a Lonchaeidae. Can it be identified any further from this only image?

Very orange tarsi - should narrow it down a little. Might be Dasiops spp (I can't be very certain I have never seen one) or possibly something like Lonchaea fugax? You need Iain MacGowan to advise.

Yes, you are right, the yellow tarsi look quite peculiar. I hope Ian will turn up.
