Hello!

I have no idea, to which family this 4 mm fly from a beech forest path (northwest Germany) could belong. Unfortunately this is my only photo.

I think that it is a male Chyliza annulipes (Psilidae).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
