Specie was about 15mm long. Can anybody confirm? Pictured in Tanzania. Found on a moringa leaf which gives out a unique stench.

Eristalinus vicarians Bezzi, maybe? There are many African species and I am not familiar with this. Came to this ID using Curran's key from 1939. Curran, C.H. 1939.
