Hello
I've taken this photo the 17/06/2006, in NE of France near Metz
A little fly on Heracleum sphondylium, near a flower with many bugs Graphosoma lineatum, it's looks like Ectophasia crassipenis ??
I've not time to do a photo of a dorsal view of this fly ??

Right, Ectophasia crassipennis male

A dorsal view is necessary, in Ectophasia.
