Thank you Theo.
As far as I know there is only one Graphomyia maculata, so species too!

Actually, there are 2 species:
the second one is minor. It is rarer.

However, according to www.faunaeur.org, you just might have it.

This is Graphomya minor. The median pre-sutural pale stripe is less conspicuous and narrower than the others. Also I think I can just make out an anterodorsal on the mid-tibia in the second photo.

Thank you Tony.
In my key (old Diptera of European part of Russia) - is only G. maculata. So I couldn't try to ID species myself.
I looked at collected fly. There is 1ad 1/3 distance from apical part (2/3 from base) of mid-tibia. Is it seta I have to find?
I also have another photo of Graphomyia from last year (this time I didn't collect flies yet).
Last fly (G. minor) is fron mid june.
The first one (image added) is from rnd september. Realy median presutural pale stripe is wider. This is G. maculata?

Hi Nikita
This certainly looks more like G. maculata, with the broader, bolder presutural central stripe and also the yellower facial orbits.

Actually I'm not so sure about this being Graphomya. I withdraw my last comment - there's a possibility it's one of the other Muscidae with a bent vein M, such as Morellia, and I don't know what other genera might occur in Russia!
