Hi, This tiny fly ~4mm (I think!) was feeding on Dandelion two days ago, on the 14th. It looks much like Graphogaster brunnescens to me, but I could be way out! I only managed to get one pic. You'd be lucky Well, the head shape looks all wrong and there's no evidence of a subscutellum so my guess is that it's an anthomyid
