Hello! This fly was found on 18. March 2009 near Grombalia (northeast Tunisia) on fallow land. Can someone help to identify this fly? This is a male Platynochaetus sp., and it looks like P. setosus. But I must add there are more species of the genus in Northern Africa, so it's not a 100% ID! Greetings Greetings, Gerard Pennards |
