My first impression, which is often but not always the best, was that of the Dexiini (Tachinidae). The wing venation is quite peculiar: a long appendix to bend of vein M and the topcel apparently closed or even stalked. This suggests Estheria. Not sure though, need to see the head. Theo Zeegers |
