 Larva under bark of tree

Hello, please for ID. I found this larva under bark of lying tree in the flood-plain forest . The lenght is about 1 cm. NPR Zebracka, region Prerov, The Czech Republic, found on 5.2.2009, 213 Meters above sea. Thanks. And here are the pictures of two another larvae found another time at the similar places. I thing, these are the same species.

I think it is larva of Xylophagus ater.
