Larva under bark of tree

Hello,
please for ID. I found this larva under bark of lying tree in the flood-plain forest . The lenght is about 1 cm.
NPR Zebracka, region Prerov, The Czech Republic, found on 5.2.2009, 213 Meters above sea.

And here are the pictures of two another larvae found another time at the similar places. I thing, these are the same species.

I think it is larva of Xylophagus ater.
