 Scatophagid from 25.01.09 (no Scatophaga?)

Hello! A 7-8 mm fly from a stake on a meadow with apple trees today (northwest Germany). I think it is Scatophagidae, but even for a male it looks to me too slender and longlegged for genus Scatophaga, and the spines on the legs seem too big. What can it be? Norellia/Norellisoma? But I have never seen one of them witch such a bluish grey thorax...
