 This must be one of those Syrphus-lookalikes Smile At least it fooled me back then. As I recall it was rather small ~6mm or so.

 Parasyrphus sp. I'd say. Could be something like macularis?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
