Another view.

This is very similar to Asteia sp, but this fly seems to have a crossvein at a position where Asteia should have none. Other Asteiids on the other hand should not have arista with so obvious plumes. So I am puzzled. Have I gone wrong with the family already?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
