I don't know this fly, but I think it is Scathopagidae.

I've got this fly in my use too.
My result - Americina (Chylizosoma) media, Scathophagidae.

The new name in FE is'nt it Parallelomma medium Becker 1894 ?

Yes it's Parallelomma @ http://www.faunaeur.org/full_results.php?id=142804.
I saw the older name Chylizosoma @ http://zoology.fns.uniba.sk/diptera/scathophagidae.htm.

Leptopa filiformis.
