Hello!

Is this 6 mm fly a Sciomyzid (possibly Pherbellia?)? Found yesterday on a dry leaf near ground, northwest Germany.

Possibly, for me however, just now learning the Sciomyzidae, there are important characters I cannot see. It could be Sciomyza perhaps also.
