Neopachygaster meromelas?

Hi, A tiny fly perhaps 5mm long which I had thought may be Pachygaster atra, but now think it may be Neopachygaster meromelas. There are hairs on the abdomen which lead me to think that, but the pic may not be big enough to tell for sure. On 13th July, Lincoln UK. Thanks! With darkened base of the wing, the alternativeto P. atra would be Eupachygaster tarsalis, which has an enlarged scutellum. I don't think this one has it, so I say P. atra.
