Dima and me are back from Hirkan Milli Park. We were unlucky with weather - it rained 6 out of 9 days, otherwise everything wet, sky is cloudy and air is cold.
It is Azerbaijan family we lived with.

The name of the gorgeous female that is sitting comfortably on a finger (few gorgeous females can Wink) is Hierodula transcaucasica.

It looks like some plant connections of Azeri Sciasminettia have been disclosed, that is, a Lamiaceae (probably Stachys sp.) and an Asteraceae (I'd say Pulicaria dysenterica).

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
