Piophilidae is correct. I would have to compare with my key at home to see if it is Liophiophila (!) varipes.

So:
1. Good news. I searched in right place.
2. Not as good news. Genus Piophila was violently divided into several small genuses. Hell on the heads of systematics!

It is Prochyliza varipes (Meigen, 1830) according Ozerov (Zool. j., 2004, 83, 11: 1358).Smile
