It's a female Empis. Any further info might get you more than just a genus name.

Thank You Paul, not really can give you more info, but I took this photo in England (Southampton) during the spring on common Daisy. Length probably around 8mm. Cheers |

Well, in that case it is very well possible that it reminds me of Empis femorata.
