Follow 2 Dolichopodidae be photographed at the same area but in different location

1th photo
Habitat: Running water of small creek. Very dense and shady vegetation
The flies rest to the leaves in a cave like form above water made of dense vegetation
Size:~4mm

The flies was active on the fine sandy wet ground

The first one may be Hercostomus, 2nd fly may be Tachytrechus. Give wings, please.
